We take every precaution to ensure that packaging is done correctly so that your product arrives in perfect condition. However, because we know accidents can happen, we also purchase insurance with every delivery to ensure that we can replace your order in the event of an accident.
If your items were damaged during shipping, adequate proof needs to be documented so that we can use the insurance route. i.e. detailed description of damage, photos of damaged package and items that were broken, etc.

How quickly will my order ship?
Our current processing time is 1-2 business days. This is the time it takes to make each Positive Package. This does not include shipping times (3-5 days).
