Directions For Use for 5.7oz size:

Pour your bath water.
Or, fill a basin large enough for your feet with warm/hot water.
Gently pull & twist the cork from the bottle.
Breathe in the contents deeply & exhale fully.
Set an intention, if desired,
as you evenly pour contents from bottle
into your bath water.

Can be used to relieve inflammation, to calm and soothe the nervous system, skin, muscles and bones. Also good for wounds, eczema, insomnia, brain fog, depression, anxiety, irritation, grief, nasal & lung congestion, headache, stomachache, & increasing libido.

Gently, pull & twist cork from bottle.
Inhale deeply. Exhale fully.
Set an intention, if desired, as you breathe.

This soothing scent helps
to calm & soothe the nervous system,
decreases insomnia, brain fog, depression, anxiety,
irritation, grief, nasal & lung congestion, headache,
stomach ache, & increases libido.

These salts can also be used in the
shower. Pour contents into hand, hold mixture
close to chest as water pours down & breathe.
Once salts start to dissolve, rub mixture
onto skin to feel the effects of the
essential oils to relieve inflammation,
psoriasis, eczema & heal wounds faster.

If your items were damaged during shipping, adequate proof needs to be documented so that we can use the insurance route. i.e. detailed description of damage, photos of damaged package and items that were broken, etc.
